What Tideday is
Tideday is an online service that helps a teen keep to their own routines and keep track of homework and tests, and gives their parent a calm summary. It runs in a web browser.
Tideday is an organisation tool. It is not a medical device and does not replace professional care.
Who may open an account
A parent or legal guardian, 18 or over, who agrees to Tideday storing their teen's data. The account belongs to the parent, and the parent is responsible for what is added to it.
Trial, price and payment
14 days free, with no card. After that, one payment of $29, charged through Stripe, and Tideday is yours: there is no subscription, nothing renews, and every teen in the family is covered.
Prices are in US dollars, and the amount shown at checkout is the amount you pay; where we are required to charge tax, it is shown there before you confirm.
If the price is not possible for your family, write to birou.urbn@gmail.com and we will open the account for you at no cost. We do not ask why.
Your right to change your mind
There is nothing to cancel: the payment is a single one, and it does not repeat.
If you change your mind within 14 days of paying, write to birou.urbn@gmail.com and we refund you in full, whether or not you have used the app. This is wider than the right of withdrawal European Union consumer law gives you, and it applies to everyone.
When a trial ends without payment
The family's Tideday becomes read-only: the teen can still look at their day, but nothing can be changed. The data is kept for 30 days and then deleted. One payment brings everything back.
What we ask of you
Use Tideday for your own family. Do not try to reach another family's data, do not attack the service, and do not resell it.
We may suspend an account that does these things, and we will say why.
What we promise, and what we do not
We work to keep Tideday available and your data safe, and we tell you when something goes wrong. We cannot promise the service is never interrupted, and Tideday is not a substitute for medical, educational or psychological advice.
Where the law allows it, our liability is limited to what you have paid in the last twelve months.
Changes, and the law that applies
If we change these terms we will say so on this page and, for anything that matters, by email. These terms are governed by Romanian law, and nothing in them takes away a consumer right you have where you live. Last updated: 1 October 2026.
